The Blac Shrec began as a nickname for Cornelius; inspired by Shrek, the misunderstood hero who found love beyond judgment. Cornelius saw himself in that story: an outcast, walking through the hardest seasons, not by accident, but to bring healing to others.

Today, that name has become a movement; building leaders of high character through a simple three-step philosophy: Build. Measure. Become.
